It doesn't happen all the time, but I get random broken images randomly. Any idea why this would be happening? I'm using Nina II template.

This issue might be because of image "Server Cache" option. Disable this option via module control panel - > Image settings.

Thank you. I will try it out over the next 24 hours to see if I get any broken images.
